For nearly 10 years I’ve stayed at home and earned money directly from my computer. 
In 2017, I married my best friend and decided to become a Realtor aka Real Estate agent.

Prior to this date I was an investor of Real Estate working primarily with homeowners who were facing Foreclosure.

I quickly learned that majority of these homeowners actually wanted to KEEP their home and not sell it. After many years of searching for answers, staying up late surfing the net, purchasing tons of courses and books, I finally found some answers.

Since then I’ve been able to help tons of Pre-Foreclosure clients save their home, credit and literally their LIFE(yes suicide is real) when they thought they couldn’t.

So don’t count this as another worthless person/post/website that can’t help you. Count this as a blessing in disguise! Know that I’ll never do anything that you wouldn’t want. I am very passionate about helping my clients so you tell me what you want to do and I will figure out a way to help.

To date, there’s only been 2 clients that I was unable to help.
One of the homeowners contacted me with only 2 months before the foreclosure date and there was an uncooperative tenant living in the home. We were unable to show the house to perspective buyers so of course if buyers can’t see the property, buyers will not purchase the property.


The 2nd person I was unable to help due to some misunderstanding in their bankruptcy paperwork. To make a long story short….
They thought a 2nd lien(Solar Panels) were included in the bankruptcy and were wiped off. So although I got their Foreclosure Auction date pushed back, we were unable to sell when we found a ready, willing and able buyer because the buyer wasn’t willing to pay an additional $29k for solar panels.
